American midfielder Landon Donovan will be back on March 15 for the Major League Soccer (MLS). He is currently playing for English Premiere League Club Everton on a ten-week loan from the Los Angeles Galaxy and any extension to the 10-week loan would be unlikely. Donovan had a big impact to Everton and Toffees boss David Moyes wants to keep him but LA Galaxy coach Bruce Arena said that it will not happen.
According to Arena, they’re not interested with any extension deal. They are still consistent with their words and that Donovan will be back twelve days team’s Major League Soccer opener.
Moyes cannot denied the fact that Donovan has done well for their team. He would like to extend the deal but they will respect whatever is the LA Galaxy’s decision.

Donovan has two games remaining with Everton on the loan: against Hull City on March 7 and against Birmingham on March 13. If no new agreement is forthcoming, Sunday’s clash against Hull will be his last game at Goodison Park.
