Wolverhampton Wanderers team was the first place in the Football League Championship and today was their first day in Premier League. Unfortunately, their first day was not good for they were beaten by West Ham United. The game between Wolverhampton and West Ham United took place at Molineux Stadium this morning, August 15, 2009. The Wolves seems to be still adjusting. They tried several attempts but they weren’t able to score.
Mark Noble of West Ham United gave the first goal of the team 23 minutes before halftime. Matthew Upson gave another score, 21 minutes before the game ends. It was a very clean game and nobody received a yellow card. Maybe next match, Wolverhampton will be able to score and win.
